Explore a unique side of American history by visiting The Mob Museum in downtown Las Vegas
The Museum opened on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 2012. The opening coincided with the anniversary of the 1929 St. Valentine’s Day Massacre in Chicago where several members of Bugs Moran’s gang were lined up along the brick wall of a warehouse, shot and killed by Al Capone’s gang.
The 41,000 square-foot Mob Museum includes approximately 20,000 square feet of exhibition space on four floors. In addition, the building also has a specialty retail store, cafe, special event areas, educational areas, and office space.
Hear true stories about organized crime and law enforcement in this interactive world-class museum. From exhibits on wire-tapping and the Federal Government’s handling of mobs to the way mobs have been portrayed by Hollywood films, the museum is extensive and very visual.
